This disposable MAP/Pro­™ gas cartridge boasts higher flame temperatures of up to 2400°C making it suitable for a range of soldering and brazing tasks particularly silver soldering of refrigeration pipework. Combining high performance burning characteristics and a safer composition than propane and acetylene, this product ensures a guaranteed shorter working time for users. Due to its nature, it requires neither dilution or special container fillers during transport, which allows a greater volume of fuel gas to be transported at the same given weight as other gas cylinders and is safer in use. Also, the product enables the user to carry out hotter working tasks without the need for an oxy-fuel or oxyacetylene 2 bottle set up.
