Reclaimed railway sleepers that can be used for boarding and groundworks. We source our sleepers from all over Europe to ensure their quality and performance in all aspects of building and landscaping. Most of the reclaimed sleepers we source are from railways when they have been upgraded to concrete. This will mean they have been treated to ensure longevity, however, this does mean they can be covered in tar or creosote so care should be taken when handling.

Please note: Reclaimed Railway Sleepers contain Creosote
They can be used in parks, gardens and outdoor recreational and leisure facilities but only if there is no risk of frequent skin contact. However, they must NOT be used inside buildings (whatever their purpose), in toys, in playgrounds, or for garden furniture such as picnic tables.
